Teaching Artist Review

His performance was completely engaging for the entire audience! The energy level was fabulous and when it got a little too enthusiastic, Mr. Clark had the perfect way to get everyone's attention. He brought enough drums for every child to be able to participate. Our entire staff highly recommends Lawrence Clark. -Marty Krug, Administrative and Development Associate, St. Joseph Institute for the Deaf

Program Description

Working with a professional drummer, students will learn the power of rhythm both within bodies and in the music we create. Students will explore how drumming mimics our heartbeat and breathing. Students need to attune their inner rhythms in order to learn - this helps students' sensory and motor systems.
