Students will learn to use words to identify emotions, describe a feeling, and/or envision their future self. Using fabric and paint, students will transform their feelings into beautiful fabric leaves. Depending on grade level, the book "How I Feel" can be incorporated. Workshop can be expanded into a residency resulting in a collaborative wall hanging "tree" where the strengths each student are identified.
