Mood Music is an engaging and interactive workshop that uses classical music to help students easily identify, describe, and expand their understanding of their feelings and emotions. From anger to sadness, excitement to fear; music provides a soundtrack to every emotion and this module helps students evaluate their own emotional behaviors while finding positive artistic outlets for those feelings and behaviors they may find difficult to manage.
